Our factory is located in Tianyuan District, Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province, China, covering an area of 10,000-30,000 square meters, and equipped with 10 independent production lines.
We are equipped with high-grade manufacturing and inspection equipment, including CAD/CAM processing centers, three-coordinate measuring instruments, laser precision measuring instruments, numerical control profiling mills, numerical control electric spark machines, wire cutters, Japanese horizontal four-axis & five-axis machining centers, infrared & ultraviolet laser cutting machines, laser welding machines, stack assembly press machines, injection molding equipment, and 10KW /120KW hydrogen fuel cell test platforms.
The factory has complete capabilities for precision mold design & fabrication, plastic processing, auto lighting assembly, precision metal parts processing and hydrogen fuel cell stack production. We can manufacture large, precise, complex and durable molds, various plastic products and automotive LED lights. Our auto lamps can be produced in compliance with FMVSS, ECE and GB standards, with strict testing on photometric performance, light color, vibration resistance, high & low temperature tolerance and leak-proof performance.
We support OEM service, custom design service and buyer label service. Our factory’s annual output value ranges from US$10 Million to US$50 Million.
